India, one of the biggest film industry in the world is now producing Sci-Fi movies. in India every year nearly ten thousand movies are realising in different languages in different states and they make India as the largest film industry. There are above 20 millions people are working in Indian film industry.
This year Indian Cinema is achieving another milestone in his path that he complete 100 years of Indian movies, 100 years before first Indian movie was born, the first movie was created in Marathi language by Dadasaheb Phalke who was the father of Indian cinema. After that in different languages different movies are realised. In this era many movies are realised and so many subject are shown by Indian directors. In past years Indian directors are showing Sci-Fi movies in Indian industry, actually Indian movies are mostly based on Indian cultures, but some directors are think beyond the ideas and they create movies which subject is unique and fresh and before it never shown by any directors and sometimes they are succeed also, so I am telling about some such movies in Indian industry which made Indian movies like as Hollywood movies.
Robot:
You can called this movie is the starting of Sci-Fi movies in India, this movie broke all records and made his own record. This movie was realised in 1 October 2010 in Tamil language also it dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and English language by director Shankar. This movie is based on Robot which is created by one scientist to protect country against enemy. When commando officer told scientist that this robot is useless on the boundary and if we can’t give him proper command and something goes wrong then it will become dangerous to country, because he have no feelings like humans so we can’t pass your robot as a solder, so scientist again work hard on robot to make him like human and he succeed, he gives him feelings and sense and teaches how to live like human but something goes wrong and robot become evil. Movie budget was 160 crore which was highest that year and movie earned overall above 250 crore.
Cast in movie played by India’s superstar Rajnikant, Aishwarya Rai-Bacchan and Danny. Movie was super hit and shows new path for Indian movies.
Ra-One:
This movie also based on one robot who protect one boy from other robot. This movie was realised in November 2011 in Hindi language. Budget of this movie was 192 crore and movie earned above 200 crore, the cast in movies was played by Shahrukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor, movie was directed by Anubhav Sinha.
Eega:
This movie was realised in July 2012 in Telugu and kannada language by director S. S. Rajamouli who is leading director in Telugu film industry. This movie is based on one bee who was killed by villain when he was human and now he want revenge of his death. Movie was made really fantastic and graphics of movie was awesome and bee was looks like a real character which make this movie really special.
The character in this movie is Samantha, Nani and Sudeep all character are played there role very well. The movie was blockbuster in 2012, that’s reason director dubbed this movie in Hindi language after three month.
Indian movies are really changed nowadays and they shows their extra talent to the world that’s why day by day movie lovers loves Indian movies and Indian movies become popular in world. In India large numbers of theatres are present and companies also making large multiplex project in India.
World’s largest 3D screen is Prasads IMAX which is in Hyderabad, this theatre accounted largest number of audience for Spider-Man 2 & 3 and Harry Potter 4 so we can think how much Indian audience love Sci-Fi movies, so in the coming years we can expect large number of Sci-Fi movies in India.
