The first Galaxy S series phone Galaxy S was launched in 2010 with android 2.1 Eclair, with one Ghz processor 8 megapixel camera and 4″ inch display. Samsung sold 20 millions of Galaxy S devices in 2010 to 2011 which was major success for Samsung.
In 2011 Samsung was launched their next Galaxy S lineup phone Galaxy S2 which was really improvement in every corner than first Galaxy S, it was came with Android version 2.3 Gingerbread , better display, 4.3 inch screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 8 Megapixel camera with improved sensor for better quality picture. Samsung sold over 28 millions of Galaxy S2 handset.
In 2012 Samsung realised Galaxy S3 which is much bigger, better and faster than its predecessor Galaxy S2 and Samsung sold over 50 millions of Galaxy S3 handsets and it still counting. Last week Samsung was announced Galaxy S4 it will hit in last week of April. Samsung is already sold over 100 millions of Galaxy S series devices and after launch of Galaxy S4 the number will be going high.
